Josh Hazelbower, B.A.
Traditional Knowledge Research Assistant
Josh received his B.A. in anthropology from the University of Victoria in 2010. Since early 2011, he has worked as a research assistant on Traditional Land Use Studies for the Wahpeton Dakota Nation (Saskatchewan) and Fort McKay First Nation (Alberta). His work has included conducting traditional land use and ecological knowledge interviews, video documentation, reviewing ethnohistorical literature, writing TUS reports and being the daily contact for community researchers.
