Leona graduated from an Administrative Assistant program with a bookkeeping focus. She has 14 years of experience as a bookkeeper where she has familiarized herself with all aspects of good accounting practices. Three of those years she operated her company, the Mobile Organizing Business Service, for a variety of small businesses and spent seven years with a high technology company as Finance and Payroll Administrator. As a facilitator for women entrepreneurs, she developed workshops in costing products and bookkeeping for small business. Her work life also includes 15+ years in administrative roles and is especially proud to have been a part of the Light Rail Transit System project in Vancouver and a Canadian International Development Agency project for the South East Asian Nations.
