Fort McKay First Nation Traditional Land Use Study

Kwusen has a decade of experience working with Fort McKay First Nation (FMFN) conducting TLU interviews and collaborative fieldwork/ground truthing. The most recent TLUS was conducted in relation to Suncor’s Lewis In Situ Project. The TLUS included in-office mapping interviews and ground truthing using the GeoKeeper app to record fieldwork data. The report from this TLU will be used by FMFN and Suncor in regulatory processes and in the development of an agreement.
